Posted on behalf of A. Sonnenberg: The installers were very professional, completed the job promptly and did the job very well. They were hard-working and left the yard very tidy. A detailed quote was given with no surprises. We are very happy with choosing Vinyl Impressions Ltd.

I got a few quotes from different contractors but LeeValley had the best price. I explained to Mark what I envisioned (it's a two level deck and I was planning to modify the upper level to simplify the structure and eliminate extra columns) and we discussed a few details.The work was done quickly and professionally. We love our new deck and we are so happy with the final results. I would highly recommend him.

Gazeebro recently installed our Yardistry 20” x 12” Gazebo. Rob and his team were so organized and their attention to detail from construction to clean-up was impressive and much appreciated. Rob, Nick, Robbie and Sasha were very professional, punctual, polite and extreme perfectionists. Super friendly group of guys and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. We are so happy with our gazebo and how it turned out. Hire them, you will not regret it!

Craig and his staff were outstanding. He visited several times prior to installing. He willingly made insightful and simple renovation suggestions to meet our goals of more cabinet and counter space (in a tiny kitchen), all within budget. Craig shared samples of cupboard doors, provided a diagram / plan, always had outstanding communication from beginning to end, made product suggestions (e.g., cupboard handles, counter top business) and suggested where to install drawers versus cabinets. Craig is a perfectionist who works VERY efficiently. The best part is Craig makes, designs AND installs the cabinets himself. With every renovation there are unexpected glitches and he reassured us he knew exactly how to fix things without giving us a headache! His ultimate goal is to make his customers happy and he did exactly that. Our cabinets were his 2nd job in our home and it will not be the last. Thanks, Craig!

All we can say is wow.We hired Mark to build our 500’ wraparound deck, raised 9’ above ground. We had a very tight deadline and he went above and beyond to meet our timeframe.There were no shortcuts or compromises on the build quality, or the quality of the building products.Mark’s a real professional who takes great pride in his craftsmanship, plus, a super guy to get to know.You won’t be disappointed with his reasonable rates. Its been over 8 months since Steve at Cloverdale Siding provided a quote for a small repair and siding replacement job on our house. He said it would be done within a few weeks and would only take a few days to complete. He even scheduled the job one day, showed up on site and had his tools and everything set up and ready to go, but realized he hadn’t arranged to source the siding product, so he packed up and left an hour later. He strung us along after that for months and months, making lame excuses at each turn, about waiting for siding product and how busy he was. Never once did he turn down the job…he just kept telling me it would be a little longer. At every turn, I was extremely kind and respectful of his time and his schedule. I understand that contractors can get busy and so I took special care to be grateful for his attention. Now it’s crunch time and we need the job done within the next month in preparation for the sale of our house. So I communicated that to him, and now he says he can’t do it and told me to find someone else. He showed zero concern for our situation. To say we are disappointed with his professionalism and lack of respect for our us (our time, stress and our situation) would be an understatement. Don’t rely on a commitment from this contractor. It’s likely he won’t follow through. And probably more infuriating…that he won’t care that he didn’t.
