I inherited a used Beachcomber hot tub (2000 vintage) when I bought my current home. I had no idea how these things work. Irregardless, I struggled through a few repairs, purchased water treatments, etc. When it came time to purchase parts, I wasn't expecting much due to the age of our hot tub. To my pleasant surprise, the folks at Beachcomber Orleans were very helpful and friendly. If only all businesses treated customers like they do, the world would be a better place.Kudos to these wonderful people!

Fantastic experience with my first Hot Tub purchase from André and Adam. Due to Covid, the manufacturing was delayed but the team kept us updated and we got it just in time for the fall. They have been so supportive and helpful through email, phone and best of all, in-person.It's true, the first week is very confusing but thanks to the video André made and Adam's in-person feedback (he went over our hot tub ins and outs for me in the showroom to ease my stress), all is good now.Great product, great team and feeling very well supported.I am also glad we bought in-store versus online via costco (which we contemplated). First of all, we got the right hot tub for us and right additions. Second, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable without that direct store connection.Thanks team and here's to many years of enjoying our purchase with your help,.

Despite not having a beachcomber tub, the folks at Atmosphere have always been committed to helping me figure out quirks and issues with water testing. In addition to tubs, they have tons if awesome smokers and pizza ovens to drool over. Great service and selection for the east end.

Andre and Adam have top shelf" client service and always have terrific insights and advice on caring for our hot tub. Recently picked up my supply of chemicals as part of changing the water in our tub as well as a follow-up water test - my online order was checked and double checked to make sure everything was there as well as the the discount from the recent sale! I believe that businesses are judged by how they deal with problems. We had an issue with our control panel shortly after install. I called the store and Andre had a tech to our house less than 5 hours later. It turned out to be a minor issue and was corrected quickly and we were back in the tub that evening. I'm so impressed with the responsiveness and customer service at Beachcomber Orleans. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have one regret about going to Atmosphere Hot Tubs & Leisure. That regret is that we Didn't buy our Hot Tub from them!! We regularly get all of our chemicals from this location in Orleans, and the advice, professionalism and knowledge is always very appreciated, and its consistent. The store is clean and bright and some one always greets you. Andre and his team do an outstanding job. A hot tub is a big purchase and our next one will definitely be from here!! We would highly recommend this store, especially if you are just starting out in the hot tub owning world!So refreshing from a big chain store! You can totally see the difference!

We get our water tested by Andre and his staff. They are always pleasant to deal with, fast and friendly. Our hot tub water has never been so clean and sparkling fresh since they started testing our water. They never try and over sell products, just the ones we need. They have a fantastic cheat" sheet for easy understanding of how the chemicals interact with each other. The print out is easy and directions very simple to follow. Extremely happy with the service from Andre and his team!"
